I have a background in medical technology and worked as a medical technologist in hospital laboratories for over 7 years before returning to college to secure a Bachelor of Science Degree with honors in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University in Willimantic Connecticut in 1986 and a Juris Doctorate with honors from Western New England College School of Law in Springfield Massachusetts in 1989.

I am licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of Connecticut, the Federal District Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. My practice is primarily focused on criminal law serving clients charged with crimes or serious motor vehicle matters in both Part A and Part B of the State Superior Courts in Rockville, Danielson, Norwich, New London, Hartford, Manchester, and Enfield. I also handle State Court appeals out of any court in the State and provide representation at Administrative Hearings, including per se hearings at the Department of Motor Vehicles and hearings before the Board of Pardons and Parole.

I was raised in a blue collar family with a solid work ethic. I understand the value of hard work and the importance of my client's time and money. The criminal justice system affects all social and economic groups of people as do many of the social problems that bring a person to the attention of the court in the first place.
